At my local Home Despot there is sheet rubber in the plumbing section near the water faucet replacement gaskets and toilet valve parts. Couple bucks for, IIRC, two peices about 4"x4".

There should be all size and thicknesses of rubber washers in the plumbing section of any local hardware store.

The phrase is the origin of the term Lorem Ipsum (i.e. meaningless, unintelligible text to fill the page with.)
What I'm reading passes as little better than that. Possibly too erudite a reference for Spudfiles though.
But the literal meaning is also appropriate - who actually wants the posts they read to have grammar so bad it's almost painful?

I'm saying that there's absolutely no point in using the ur abbreviation. There's no letter limit on this forum, at least not one that they're even within a fraction of reaching. Even I've never reached any kind of limit, and I've written posts into multiple thousands of words.
If people can't be bothered to spend that minuscule time and effort on their question, why should I spend a greater amount of time and effort on composing an answer?
When you're asking a question on this forum, you're asking a favour of the other members. It's common courtesy to not demand they have to decipher what you're asking first.
And like I've said dozens of times, it does you no favours as far as people's impressions of your intelligence. Honestly, do you think I'd be taken half as seriously on the forums if my posts were of that dubious quality?
P.S. While, I'm at it, the second "your" in your post should be "you're".
