oops my bad, i didnt realise what an electric unit was untill you clarafyed it

In that case u can cold solder it without flux but if u bump it it will probly break

If u want something a little stronger ull need electronics FLUX CORED solder

Ok so I got 3 switches from an electricity store, I got 2 push ones 1 for the stun gun and 1 for the lazer, the other one is an on /off switch... the on /off switch has 3 points or little thing to which to solder wire, in the other hand the push ones have 2, what is the 3rd one on the on/off for?
PIC of a similar switch : http://i1.iofferphoto.com/img/item/727/ ... pmanRz.jpg
the 3 'pronged' one will be something like two of the 2 pole ones in that you only connect 2 wires to it. one to the middle and the other to one side, and depending on which side you solder it too will define the way the swich turns on. hope that helps

I've never used flux when soldering electronics, ever. You won't be able to do SMT or anything intricate, but it works.
2.Im making a small gun and I need a way to divide the batteries voltage among the electric divices, the fan, the stun gun and MAYBE the lazer pointer... is there a way to divide the voltage from a battery? like giving something 5 volts than giving another 8 volts using the same battery?
Yes, by setting up several voltage regulators fed in parallel from the battery.

lol, didnt even think of that... most of my switches have been re-soldered about 4-5 times, so you wouldnt need a new one

I got an idea I'm wondering about,
(I want to post here to make up for calling it a "stupid ques. thread")

How about using a photocell (mounted to thick polycarbonate lens),
On the chamber (or configured out of light design near muzzle) of a combustion or hybrid (clean burning fuel necessary but...)???

It could control a solenoid check valve(s) for venting and possibly fueling?

Also, maybe it could switch a larger solenoid to move the magazine slide or magazine sleeve rearward,
then a switch on the magazine will close turning on the spark-gap!!!
Full-auto hybrid/combustion...design DONE (?) :) 8)

BTW, I was in a classroom where a poster read: "the only stupid question is the one you don't ask"...
But the students were asking stupid questions all the time... :P

EDIT: The cool thing is the trigger would be an LED light near the photocell for first shot maybe...fully electric push button triggering!!! 8)
