Dremel 300 series and flex shaft.
A good saw and a small axe is very useful for woodwork to remove as much as you can before using the dremel.

Router attachment for dremel? It the bottom could be theoretically done in one piece. you can't do that with a bandsaw. But If you can afford a good bandsaw, you should be able to buy a dremel, too...

easy peasy :D I just dont need a small box right now so I wont try to prove it to you.
But ramses got a good point, after cutting with an attachment of 90° and a router, finishing with some sanding drums... shouldn't be a problem

You should try this with whatever you got at your disposal...

I didnt even use an axe to make er... used a screwdriver instead to pry out the chunks of wood to make room for the air tank :D
