Do you mount them in the copper or keep them in the shell? I'm confused as to why you showed the copper at the start of the video and also loaded a full cartridge in to the breech with the impression that the cartridge doesn't fit in to the barrel, only the projectile. The shell ejecting was awesome though
I've fired .303 projectile from a couple of my cannons as well. I used to use the cartridge as a sabot and fire both projectile and cartridge (inert of course) but I swapped to taping the projectile at the back until it reached the diameter of the barrel and then using more tape to give it a tail for stability. I'd only use the rounds for point-blank penetration testing though.

This isnt my video i wanted to just point out the copper with the solder in it can be launched through an airgun and it would look like a bullet and, or make a splatter on a wall!
