I can find barrel here and send it to you, but it won't get through your customs, in case they find out.

Airsoft is what I prefer because I have been using it for a long time. It has been a key element of my childhood as we used to play it on a regular basis. I still remember my dad gifting me the airsoft airgun(

just did a very quick test as I plan on using some 7mm ID tube to shoot 6mm airsoft as I need the barrel curved.
With a straight 18" barrel, 7mm ID tube, at 10 feet, fired 4 shots, 2 went through the same hole, 1 was 1/4" off, 1 was 1/2" off.
Good enough for me.

So I have digged deeper into airsoft barrels in general, through some relatively scientific methods.
First I saw a video on Youtube, the guy was saying polish barrel with a drill leaves a spiral scratch inside the barrel and was promoting a "polishing kit", basically a semi guided rod that you push and pull inside the barrel so no circular movement. Pretty bullshit to me as in college I polish metal all the time on rotary polish tables and after the final polish is scratch less even under microscopes.
However we did have 1 micron diamond polish solution and fancy fabric to use. So I decided to check if with a fine cloth/lens clean rug plus fine car polish can achieve a decente finish. Also I wanted to see if it does leave scratches.
To be able to compare, I cut several barrels in half, all stock, to see what they look like under microscope. I managed to use my dads microscope to take photos at 40x and 100x. It's not as good as I'd get with a metallurgy microscope but definitely good enough after some DIY led lighting.
The barrels are: Madbull 6.01 aircraft grade aluminium, Modify 6.01 hybrid barrel (worst barrel EVER), WE stock brass barrel (will add photo later), JG BAR-10 stock aluminium barrel and a 6.03 PPS SS barrel (polished with my method).
The BB could also be a factor so I picked a mid range BB and took photo at 40x and 100x as well. The surface finish is surprisingly good, good enough to be irrelevant compared to the barrels inner finish.
However I do plan to at least try to compare a lapped barrel and a drill polished one to see if lapping in airsoft is indeed working. I'm working on a universal barrel test launcher as well to do all the comparisons.
Sorry there isn't any high end barrel here, ain't rich enough to cut a Laylax/PDI
