How much pressure can type m copper pipe hold and is a blowgun able to handle that much psi? thanks

What size? The rating is different for different sizes.

The regular "90psi" blowguns are good to atleast 125 (thats what I use mine upto), some people have taken them to 150+. There are special blowguns and other trigger valves rated higher.

@Pete, your right but schmanman has had his at 350psi+

ya should be alright for wateva pressure you want but dont go to extreme.

Blowguns can withstand quite a lot of pressure. The internals are usually a poppet valve which just presses back into the vent tighter as the pressure increases and it would take extreme pressure to cause the metal to give way.

I've used mine to 240psi personally.

yer n ive used mine at 260psi, and its only rated to 217psi. im sure its just a preferred operating pressure.
