reading the topics and so on, but i kinda lost interest in spudguns three weeks ago, builing the high voltage ignition for my hybrid when i got shocked and nearly killed myself.
But er...a automatic hybrid needs to be really really strong, and don't get jerky and everything, even cooled metal heats a lot. Do not use gal. steel as zinc-oxide vapors are toxic (you get dizzy....)
To make a small cailber hybrid like you intend to do, id recommend a small chamber at high mix. what you need isn't volume, it's pressure and heat.
Oh and for the little story, i didn't know 6000 volts at 8 joules would hurt that much. I've had 2nd degree burns at the tips of my fingers...i didn't loose consciousness though, but i heard my heart stop for a couple of seconds and then pop back like a horse...i'll stay out of the way of these troubles for now.
