you can also your paper for burst disk you know those school text books the paper is kind of smooth yea i use those they hold 20 psi a sheet so if you want an 80 psi burst u use 4 pieces.

Well seems pretty simple, solder your union or w.e on the front of the chamber then just epoxy a schrader to the back.. and your done.
