far out i made a friggin mistake, jesus. :(, i thought dwv and pressure rated pvc are the same type of poly vynil clourode, some pressure rated pipe saise dwv.

That's the pipe, not the fittings. DWV PIPE - not fittings - is fine for pneumatics as long as the pressure rating on it says anything above 200. The only time it should go any lower is for large-diameter pipe such as 6, 8, 10" etc. Those will be rated around 180 or so which is fine.

Pipe is typicaly printed with all ratings which apply to it; because pressure rated pipe <i>could</i> be used for drain appliciations, it is also labled DWV.
