yeah why not ?
it's not that you can't get high pressures with propane
the warmer it is the higher pressure you get... you can use google to graphs showing how pressure rises with temperature increase

IIRC it's more than 100 psi in normal conditions (20 deg C) so it's more than enough to power a BBMG

the tank will get cold as the propane inside the tank evaporates... so each time you'll pull the trigger the temp. of the tank will drop and so will the pressure... but I don't think it will be a problem if you fire in short bursts
