Depends on how well made.
Google something like "disposable camera spy coil gun BB".
There is a site out there that will sell you plans to convert a disposable camera into a "spy" coil gun that fires BBs. The barrel is hidden in the camera and the muzzle is where the camera's lens was. They have a video showing the "camera" shooting a BB and knocking over a Scrotch tape dispenser at a range of 2 or 3 feet.

Thats so cool. Yeah, in art Im planning a fat exhibition for final year that involves spudguns, its going to be insane. When I exhibit I will post a topic though.
Everyone in my grade has this "respect" for me because I have massive arm muscles (which arent actually that strong, but look great!) because I cycle, so they just pop out; and I build spudguns!

Ja, I wouldnt, its not worth the risk. Thats why I took the catapult, because its less serious or "gun-like". Are you going to make it a coaxial?

LOL, yeah. I like both coaxials and T's, but I'd have to sway towards coaxial on this gun because of it's small(ish) barrel... although a T would be cool too... Which do you prefer?

well i prefer coaxials because i have only made one piston gun and it was a coaxle and i think they are more compact.
