hello to all, one concept that i have not seen posted is to have the magazine connected to the trigger. i was thinkinking about a two stage trigger which would be a combination of mechanical and electrical trigger pull. for example, the trigger is part of a T fitting around the barrel which incorporates the magazine(the top of the T). the trigger is pulled back,mechanically dropping a shot through a hole in the barrel(perhaps onto a magnet), it moves a little further blocking that hole in the barrel. and next it presses against a switch, closing the switch to initiate opening a valve for discharge. release of the trigger moves the magazine forward again to restart the cycle.a pin through the magazine could block the next shot from dropping into the barrel. i will post a schematic when i have more time or maybe someone else could help build it if interested.p.s. any gravity fed magazine should be offset slightly for sighting/aiming the weapon.
