Here is a calculator to tell you how much co2 youll need to fill up your chamber to a certain psi at a certain tempurature. just fill min what ever it sais in the box next to it. Example:
psi 100
temp 80
just follow the url to get to my instructable.

ie; PV=nRT in a box?
For those of you that want to do it on your own, so that you don't need a computer with you, do this
(Desired pressure)*(Volume of chamber)=(Mols needed)*(temperature)*0.08206
then multiply the mols needed by 44 to get the grams of CO2 you will need
simplified
(Desired pressure)*(Volume of chamber)=(Grams needed)*(temperature)*0.001865

Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;

ewwww! empirical units! There is nothing like Kelvin, liters, meters, and grams when it comes to science

I did the same in this link (only, when I updated, I added combustion stuff).
