I almost have my next cannon finished I just need to bolt the bushing that holds my pilot valve into the back of the tee. I was wondering what size bolts you all normally use for this. Its a 2" tee by the way.

Doesnt really matter that much.
You'd need more bolts if you used smaller ones and vica versa.
Just use what you have on hand, and what you can find a proper drill bit for.
If you happen to have a tap, you can make it even nicer.

I use self tapping screws (10-24 x 1"). I used 6 and they hold fine (mine's a 2"tee, btw).

I used six 1/4 x 20 tpi x 3/4" machine screws. Drilled and tapped the holes.

For reference, a 1/4 x 20 tpi machine screw will take at least 200pounds in shear before failure. Each, depending on grade.

Keep the holes for your screws at least 1.5 times the screw or hole diameter (whichever is larger) to help prevent tear out type failures.
