A hop-up, basically, is "mechanism" that will impart backspin to a round projectile creating lift during flight to increase range... some guns use detents, some paintball barrels use an arch/bow in the barrel, but either way backspin creates lift, topspin creates drop, and sidespin creates a curve...

Full hop-up does it with no problem. 50° angle after 15 meters. i have a M16 mk12 mod 0 , 400 fps.

...Works for me. In any case, have another one...
That barrel attachment was on a "History channel" documentary, and it quite often caused the conical shot (bullets) to fragment slightly when they tested it.
(Round shot are different).
Seems to be in Russian, but the gun (MG44(?)) is the one that was according to many copied to create the AK-47.
BTW, one show said Hitler didn't like it because stamped metal and intermidiate round...Guess he would have liked the HK-G3 better... 8)
