there will be a trash day soon around my house and im hopeing that someone will throw out a fridge so that i can get a compressor or two.
i have a few questions :

which is better a/c, fridge, freezer?

do i need all the cables and electronics like relays?

how long does it take for the pressure to leave the pipes and when i cut it will is make a loud pop?

thanks

I would take all the cables and relays connected to the fridge compressor, although they can be replaced if defective or missing.

From my experience pulling A/C components from automotive yards, it makes a loud PSSSHHHHHHH. Try to be inconspicuous about it.
