GGDT and windows 7

Has anyone had experience with using GGDT on windows 7? I have it on a desktop that has XP pro and it works fine. Everytime I open the un-zipped .EXE file on my windows 7 machine I get a runtime error 339. Component 'MSCHRT20.OCX' or one of it's dependencies is not correctly registered. Anyone else have this same thing happen?

you need to run it as administrator
