Im getting kind of bored working on my hybrid design so I wanted to start a small little 4 day project and make another normal combustion. I want to use dual chamberes each being 3 foot long 4in PVC and connected to 90 degree bends and then each to a tee which is connected to the barrel

How well do you think this would work, I know that the tee and the 90 degree bends would inturupt the air flow alot but do you think it would work.

how do you get bored of designing a hybrid???

has anybody tried two parallel chambers with delayed reaction?

With chambers that big i would use a burt disk to allow th pressure to build up for that split second before being released...

What are you using for fuel in that? Thoose chambers are really way to big... you're going to need like 20ft of 2" barrel and a stun gun for ignition...

You can't really do that effetively without dual+ spark ignition...

I'd recommend using Wye adapters and attach the chamber pipes together in the middle so your fuels burn at least relatively Sync...

I plan on using propane injection and a large spark strip running down both chambers, as well as two chamber fans.

What do you think if I took two 90 degree bends and put them on the ends and then attached them to a tee and then the tee was atached to a pipe and then to a clean out plug and a chamber fan, If I was to lay the spark strip down the back of the gun it would help increase the synconus burn through out the whole gun would it not.

I'm kind of confused... Do you mean 90's on both ends of the chambers both going to tee's? One side to the barrel and one side to a cleanout?

I would think it would be easier if you used Male adapters on the ends of the chambers and threaded caps so you could repair stuff easily...

I think that both chambers are going to fire at the same time no matter what the spark arrangement is. It’s just going to be one large explosion instead of two separate ones. It’s a good idea, buts it’s no different than having one large chamber with the same volume.

I know but I was thinking that the longer chamber may decrease performance.

Ill have a diagram up shortly.

I wasn't saying that I don't like the idea, because I do. I was just saying that you don't need to worry about getting it all to ignite. Also saladtosser had said something about "parallel chambers with delayed reaction" that wouldn't work unless you had the chamber sealed off form each other.
