I recently watched BCs video on making a piston valve, and i made a hot glue one that came out near perfect, but i thought why not use 2" pipe along with the hot glue and 2" tee? Couldnt i technically sand the O.D of the 2" pipe down slightly so it fit into the tee with ease and could slide a bit, and then fill the inside of it with hot glue? It would be a small piece about 1 inch in length and if i fill it with hot glue, it would be sealed off on both ends and would have a way to press against the pipe inside the tee?

What do you guys think would it work?

A 2" pipe can't really be sanded down enough to fit in a 2" tee without completely sanding away the pipe, I guess I don't really see the point in adding a piece of pipe anyway.
