Hey everyone- I finished my pneumatic gun yesterday, and I let the glue dry all day. I did the push and turn when I put all the fittings on. So I have a problem. I have a leak. I've tried almost everyhting. I have tried CA glue, epoxy, and the PVC glue to fix it. I'm leaking right under my fitting- and I think it may have happened ehn I drilled. It may have cracked the glue. I'll post a picture so you can see where it's coming from.

I drew lines where the air is leaking. My primering is never that messy, but I tried to prime as much area as I could to get the glue to adhire.

This problem has been encountered before; AKB had good results pulling a partial vacume and applying some epoxy to the leak spot.

I'll have to try that- how can I create a vacuum? A vacuum cleaner? :]

To be honest, I don't know how much pressure difference is required.
He used some sort of naval oil-change pump, which I figure gives you quite pressure difference.

However, I'd figure that a shopvac can suck about as well as I can, and I do pretty well at sucking epoxy through holes with lung effort.
