PCGUY told me he thought it was a cool signature but I shouldnt use it coz there are lots of kids on the forums and he wants it to be family friendly, so its gone :( But I got a few other crazy animations in mind to replace it with :D

Sorry to eat up thread space to be a killjoy again, but your new sig pic has another problem... There's a 25 kb file size limit on sig pictures - you're up at 339kB.
I know connections are getting faster, but not everyone is lucky enough to have the latest advancements.

Anyway, that aside - how's the launcher coming on?

Well there was some initial teething problems, but I think I got it sorted out, the main problem that I took a while to work out was that the piston didnt have a very big washer on the sealing face so the sealing face manged to get itself folded and cut under the pressure, I put a larger washer on and some thicker neoprene and it seems to be working well now. Im still yet to go above 30PSI cos it was so loud but when I get a chance when no ones around I'll hopefully be able to get some videos at 100PSI :D 8)

Piston valves do that... :D
Perhaps even more so than any other valve, as the piston itself usually makes some noise too.

Heh, I made that mistake with HEAL, and was daft enough to dry fire it at 150 psi with the barrel off - inside.
I was never stupid enough to do it again... :P

Yes a dry fire at 150 psi inside would be funny to see. But i dont know why you guys would be that foolish to do it inside. loll but still sound stupid but then again i did do it once with my Combustion gun and it made the windows shake was pritty good.

And i like the new Sig now Watto very good bette then the last but dont think its going to last long.

LOL

Its working well, I shot a few blanks at 100PSI which were very loud (thats always a good sign) and I shot a blank at my curtains which some how brought them and the curtain rail down, revealing a very confused looking air conditioner repair man on the neighbours roof seemingly ducking for cover, I managed to hit the deck and crawl away from the window without him seeing me

The problems I have now are; I need to find a massive washer for the piston cos the pressure keeps bending the sealing face, I put a very thin washer on that was quite big and the pressure folded it in on itself after one shot  Also the sprinkler is leaking quite a bit from the exhaust side of it, maybe the hose clamps or are slowly leaking and making the diaphragm seal leak, I'm not sure, hopefully the seal is just dirty or something.

Ok heres what it looks like so far, haven't done the barrel support yet or painted

I shot it with a barrel full of water just then and it really hurt my wrists haha but fully worth it! the recoil was quite amazing, before that I shot it dry at a plastered wall and get this, the air pressure BLEW THE PAINT RIGHT OFF THE WALL!!! I don't know how thats even possible, at first I thought there must have been something in the barrel, but definately not, the wall is still completely flat with no impact marks, with the paint of about a 15cm circle of wall completely stripped off, it wasn't some half arsed dodgy brothers flakey paint job either it was a proper 2 coats done only a few years ago...looks like I'm painting tonight... :x  :? :o

I'll go to a big park soon to measure the range, I just need to shorten it so it fits in my car boot/trunk.

Love the paintjob, but please leave the pilot tubing blue, it looks sweet as it is now.
Were you going to make a tutorial for this cannon or was that someone else?
