I was at the lake near by my house today with my family and we were looking at the sail boats listed for sale. We found a guy that is selling a 1984 hobie cat turbo with a furling jib and a trapeze. The owners basically never sailed it and stored it in their barn so now they are getting rid of it. The boat comes with all new lines, he said its in good condition, a trailer and lessons. So while I wait to see pictures of it I just figured I'd ask if anyone has ever sailed one and if they would recommend it. Keep in mind my whole family would probably use it so me my sister and mom and dad probably a total weight of 450 lbs. I've only sailed smaller boats like a sunfish so I'm not really sure (Today we tried sailing a windrider 2)

My dad used to sail them, and really enjoyed it, so Im guessing they must be cool. Do you think it would be big enough for all of you to fit in comfortably though?
really good quote/phrase here

Well when we asked he said that it could fit 4-5 people so I'm guessing that we'd all fit.

ive sailed sunfish which work for 2 people max, and ive been on a 60ish foot tall ship(boy scouts manned it) but dont have any experience with boats that size. if you manage to find a 60 footer they are good for sailing around the bahamas
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08
