My dad has let up a little and let me build me something new, as long as it wasn't a large combustion.
So I build a new hybrid.
It currently lacks a 3/8" union and a barrel, but those are easy to come by, it was built out of all my elft over parts and stuff from my advanced combustion.Which is retired after less than 60 shots due to issues in my area.
The chamber is made froma Chromoly steel high pressure cylinder used for co2.
<br>
The ignition is a homemade spark plug(not pictured.)

I can imagine what you were thinking...
I can't build a big combustion, so I'll just pack a large combustion's worth of propane/air into a small gun to make it look harmless.
Overall it looks pretty clean and sturdy, chambers a little crooked though.
Make it into a rifle with a stock
Could you re-arrange the pictures vertically, btw? My browser hurts.

Sure no problem, ya the chamber is crooked but thats because I can't use a tap to save my life. Maybe I'll take your advice, that is if I ever decide to shoot it.

Not yet.
I haven't shot it, and I don't plan on doing so soon.
I plan on taking it to 6x and I need to reinforce all my threaded joints first., and get a new ignition, a bbq doesn't sound like enough for a 6x mix.

yer true i had trouble sparking with a piezo with a 3X mix, perhaps look into flyback transformers for a nice fat spark?

Hmm, how much do one of those cost and what do they need to work?
I don't plan on spending any more money because I need my money for Saturday, for as gay as this might sound, I am going Ice skating, with a girl.

You can usually yank one out of a TV I think. I may be thinking something else though. If I'm right, you can just pull one out of a junk TV and do a couple modifications.frankrede wrote:Hmm, how much do one of those cost and what do they need to work?

And I wouldn't think ice skating was gay unless you were going with a guy. There's nothing wrong with skating.
EDIT: Oh, and I'm glad your parents let up man, good to hear. Of course I won't build a big one... *mumbles* I'll just build a small hybrid that's twice as powerful as a big one...

Yea, then the skating isn't gay, you are, lawl. But really, I don't think ice skating is gay in the first place. Not particularly masculine, but not gay either. Ice *dancing* however...Alabaster wrote:yes exactly ice skating is gay by your self but if your with ur gurl its the complete oposite of gay unless u dont like girls.

To be honest, i don't know much about them man, I'm just pretty sure that's where you can get one. You might search the mighty Wikipedia?
Yea, girls can be pretty nice. Sometimes not... But anyway.
EDIT: OK, TV's and CRT type monitors.
