My chem teacher took my phone of me on a Friday, I said i'll be getting that back end of school, she said no. So I turned up and tried something I like to call
'The Big Lebowski maneuver'and told another teacher there, I was supposed to pick it up after school, she was honestly 1m away from giving it to me and my Chem teacher walked in and took it.
I wasn't going to get it back, unless my parents pick it up, which is 0% chance of the happening.
We had a huge argument which ended with her locking herself in her own class haha. Anyway the deans sent my parents an email, which I intercepted, and replied with student rights, saying they can only take it off you during school or as long as it 'effects your learning' which is only during school hours.
So without my parents finding out they were forced to give it back to me
The next day, she caught me txtn in class again, so I put it in my pocket, and she asked for it, I said I didn't have a phone here, she said "I just saw you txting in class and so did everyone else", I said "sorry I don't have a phone".
She realised it was going no where, so sent me up to the deputy principal, he asked for it, I said I didn't have it, he was smart and realised he can't search me unless he suspects I have something dangerous, and only the cops can search me, so he let me return to Chem because he knew there was nothing he could do, even though he knew I had it, and there was a bulge in my pocket which wasn't my wallet or anything else you may think it is(that goes to you JSR
