We are always talking about how much we appreciate the 2nd Amendment on this forum; why don't we also preserve the first?
Draft of New Rules
I'm all for the first amendment. I think we should be able to say what ever, when ever, but that isn't always the case. People are offended so easily by so little. Sometimes, I think people "get offended" just to start controversy.
Maybe if we used the second to protect the first, we would be much better off.

Now there have to be some restrictions on teh first ammendment. Like yelling fire in a crowded theater. Some things are better left unsaid, especially things which may pose a danger to society as a whole. Besides, try to tell companies that issue NDA's that they can't do that anymore.
EDIT: And it's a bunny! Geez...

Damn I hoped that the little exceptions would be automatically assumed, guess not then................................................
Anyway, I say the forum should self-moderate comments, with each individual case dicussed, like Pete's sig was.
Paaiyan: I found an enlarged image and I agree that it is a bunny, from this angle the ears look too short to be a bunny.

That's because the ears are covered with the pancake. I'm just pointing out the the first ammendment is a great piece of law, but even it should have some restrictions.

These things are not assumed, they are illegal. Most places make it illegal to do such things, due to public order.paaiyan wrote:Now there have to be some restrictions on teh first ammendment. The phrase was in a few other camps not just Dachau, PVC was just saying it's also on the gates at Auchwitz, not just Dachau.
I was under the impression that is was at all the concentration camps...

Can I point out something about the rules? How do you square up "Discussion of illegal activities will not be tolerated" when spudguns are illegal in some countries - do you mean illegal under US law?

I'm planning on deleting this thread as soon as I format the new rules and give them to you. Will do in the next day or two.
Peace,
