The only part that seems rather dubious to me is the garden hose and nozzle, which i was planning to attach to the PVC using hose clamps.
Certain hoses are rated at 500Psi so im assuming that there are also nozzles that must be up to the task. Like the one pictured.
I intend to remove all the nozzle's useless innards and modify it to produce effective air flow.
The breechloader is from PVC Ballistics.

i think if you can get your nozzle to release enough air compaired to standerd valves that are used you will be lucky, worth a try, Edison had to make a bunch of light bulbs before he came up with a good one, if some one can make a new valve that works as good as the suprha for alot less money, by all means do so, and then tell the rest of how

Until I get my hands one of those nozzles nothing can happen.
But if the opening of the valve has exactly the same area as the barrel (or more) it should work effectively because the air flows rather than slowing down to fill up a greater space.
So by cutting here and there, changing the washer and maybe drilling a couple of holes, it should be possible to create this surface area needed.

Comparing something that'll probably not be modable to a porting of better that 1/2" and takes 30 ms to open to a supah is...
well, we'll just say that the supah has 16 times the porting and'll open in about 1/10th the time.
But anyway, we'll see how it goes. It might be a suitable replacement for ball-valves in small bore launchers.

I tried to modify the nozzle and the results were predictable.
Went to store and bought a plastic nozzle, spent the afternoon making the aperatures wider using a drill. Hose clampled everthing very tightly but still this thing leaks like a sieve. So either this project is beyond my capabilities or it is not a suitable valve system.

I came up with a valve.it is cheaper, faster opening,and can be made for $20 from parts from home depot. to see it better,copy it and then paste it in word or somthing and enlarge it

Just a basic coax piston valve. You might want the piston (sanded end cap) to be flat on the barrel-sealing end. Then you'll also want to put some rubber on that end to get an airtight seal.
