I just got a couple of these because they were with the marked down holiday candy. After cutting the fins down a bit, it will slide into 2" SCH 40 PVC Pipe. The candy compartment fits loosely inside but could be eaisily fixed. I like these because they are retively cheap and you can fill the candy compartment with different substances to alter the shot.

I hope to test these in the next day or so when I have the time.

Or you could use them as is to deal with annoying kids*, nothing like some candy buckshot to cut them down :D

I can't help but to find it amusing what the kinds of sites people find. I can't help but to wonder how you find these. It baffles me almost as much as jsr's almost endless knowledge of weapons. The world certainly is full of mysteries.

I have been looking for a nerf rockets for a bit but because of the time of year and where I live, they are hard to find, I would buy on the internet but I don't need them that bad. I like to drop by the local stores for the after holiday sales and see if theres anything good. The little rockets I found under some costumes, they looked about the right size so I got a few. Since their not common in the stores here, I looked for a sight where they would be fairly inexpensive. The site I posted was the cheapest in a quick search. The fins on these rockets are mounted on a threaded cap. That makes in nice since it would be very easy to put the fins on other projectiles.

My goal for these is to use the candy compartment as a mold to make strong yet safe paintball splatter packs for use at our paintball games. It would be a great way to mark a destroyed building with a large splat of paint rather than a nerf laying in front of the building.

We have this crazy candy shop here that has all kinds of candy based projectiles.

Like that tube that has a spring powered pison on it.

Ah, I see. I can understand a search like that where you were specifically looking for something along the lines of it. I was simply assuming that you somehow got there looking at candy and saw that they would work really well for cannon purposes.
