Umm that design isn't anything new so I doubt you will have any problems with it, however getting it all together will give you the hardest time.

I thought it was the simplest design that wasn't too simple like an inline with a ball valve.

Well i believe you should put the valve more or less right before the barrel and after the T because this way you will have not as much dead space as the current setup. But besides that your design is basic.

There aren't any flaws, however I find that inline configurations are much easier to build, and slightly more effective due to the elimination of bends that restrict airflow.

I have to agree with the others here, put the trigger valve up on the last straight stretch, and then have it laying on it's side as apposed to standing up as it is shown now. I think that would make it more comfy to rest on your shoulder anyway and give you as good or possibly better aiming.

Like everybody else said; drop the stoppers and move the valve to the upper pipe.
The tricky part in the assembly is glueing two joints at the same time to close up the rectangular arrangement of pipes at the butt of the gun. It is real easy to screw that step up since the glue sets up very quickly. Probably want to glue those joints first so if you mess it up you have not wasted too many parts
You might want to consider using a threaded junction between the barrel and valve, that lets you change barrels (water ballon barrel, t-shirt barrel, BB barrel ...)
