.25 is to small and there is no such thing in burst disks, also, in the drawing, I meant to angle the 3"in pipe, not the burst disk, the pipe will probably be about 4 feet long and angled down
VH was awesome!!

Yea thats a good idea to angle the 3in pipe. Yes ther are .25in burst disks
I have one in my hand right now they are just very hard to find I used to get mine at ace hardware but recently it seems like they have stopped selling them

Stopped selling .25" burst disks? I didn't know that premade burst disks were available at normal hardware stores. Don't they get expensive? You really don't need the degree of precision given by pre-manufactured burst disks anyway. For our purposes, it is much cheaper to make your own. MUCH CHEAPER. The last premade burst disks that I have seen were precision machined graphite, and cost $70 each. To make your own, just get a 1/4" union, and cut tinfoil disks of whatever thickness you want so that they'll seal inside.

No I dont mean burst disks I mean the union but they do also sell pre made burst disks at a true value close to my house
Well, when you say burst disks, most people will assume that you mean burst disks, not unions. The fact that a True Value sells premade burst disks surprises me. What size and pressure are they?
