I just got my first cannon delivered by a friend because I wasnt looking to screw it up too bad. He gave it to me with the combustion chamber separated from the reducer and the barrel. The PVC cement i have says extremely flammable and keeps warning about flame and sparks and shit. Seeing as how im using a combustion cannon, i wanted to make sure that if i fired it with the dried PVC cement i wouldnt melt off the front half of my cannon. Sorry if I'm asking a stupid question i just want to make sure i know what im doing.
Thanks
didnt mention this but im attempting to cement the reducer-barrel assembly to the combustion chamber

As long as you wait the recommended twenty four hours before you shoot it off, you'll be fine. I burnt off a lot of my facial hairs one time when I didn't. And I had to re glued the gun... If only we could use that as a fuel...

The fumes are heavier then air so if you tip the gun up and close the chamber the fumes will settle in the chamber and it won't smell as long. But I would do it where there is plenty of ventilation. And if it is real cold out side like most of the northern hemisphere is now (stupid spring and it being LATE!) I would wait till a good fifty degree day comes around...
Of course it won't matter much if you have a heated garage... or if you live south of Massachusetts....
