hello
does any1 knows how a air regulator works, and if it is posble to make 1. at home i all the tools i need to have.

Air or co2? Also it is easier and safer to buy one because a regulator must work perfectly or you will get to much pressure and your tank might rupture. I also sugest putting on a air safty valve incase of overpressure.

you have no hope of building a regulator for a CO2 Bulk tank

nor does he have the means to build a reliable air pressure regulator, spend $25 on a regulator for air at home cheapo dude, if you are looking for a c02 regulator on a bulk tank you're gonna spend a lot more (around $100 or so)
