Multi Barrel adapter online cheap

Well I just bought one of these, have to see what I can do with it, im thinking somekind of netgun maybe? I dunno

Maniac - I am fully aware that SCH 40 is a thickness. But if most SCH 40 things hold a few hundred psi wouldnt it be safe to assume that SCH 40 would hold a good amount of psi?

And no it does not mean it is unsafe. If you think about it in terms of testing then yes it is unsafe but you have to tihnk about in therms of logic. Just because it is not pressure tested does not mean it cannot hold pressure. It simply means it has not been tested under pressure.

If it is really such a big deal for this to be pressure rated (which i doubt it is, since it will not be used under pressure in most cases) buy one and cap off all of the opening and throw a valve in somewhere and pump it until it blows.

'Most' Sch 40 things do not hold a few hundred PSI. Small bore pipe and fittings might, but that'd be it.

Your saying because Sch 40 can apparently hold a few hundred PSI, then Sch 40 can hold a good amount of PSI?

If this is being used as an adapter for a barrel non-pressure rated Sch 40 would be more then enough, but if it's part of the chamber I wouldn't risk it.

I was having trouble phrasing my thoughts. Basically i was trying to say that most SCH 40 pipes and pieces are rated at a couple hundred psi, so in my opinion it would be okay to assume that most SCH 40 pieces will hold pressure even if they arent pressure rated.

And i had also stated that in this case it wouldnt matter because this piece would not be pressurized.

(which i doubt it is, since it will not be used under pressure in most cases)

Again you're mixing things up. Your saying most SCH 40 pipes and pieces are pressure rated, there for most SCH 40 pieces will hold pressure if they aren't rated.

I think you mean that SCH40 PRESSURE RATED pipe and fittings under 1.5" can hold a couple hundred PSI, therefore unrated SCH 40 fittings must be able to hold pressure.

Yes they would be able to hold pressure, they would be fine as a barrel adapter (as long as your projectile doesn't get stuck), but I wouldn't trust unrated SCH40 to hold pressure as a chamber. Which isn't relevant as this adapter is only going to be used on the barrel side of things.

You've already been told that SCH40 is not necessarily a pressure rating, so stop using SCH40 as a term for pressure rated pipe and non pressure rated pipe like you have twice in the above posts. Use SCH40 NSF-PW or similar to show that you mean pressure rated.

Yes that is exactly what i was trying to say. Thats what i meant by it would not matter if this piece was pressure rated or not. I have problems trying to convey my thoughts sometimes. I apologize for that.

do they have it in 3/4 inch CPVC.... if so im ordering 10-20 of those...... for.... paintball shotgun shells

here is my thought... a ball valve on each, then a chamber, allowing for many multiples of shots like clide's GB auto, (without keeping the compressor attached) so say 3 shots a chamber, 5 chambers, 15 shots, bursts of three before some slight valve realigning... awesomeness ensues...
