A Coaxial Combustion isn't much different than a regular one... Overall a coaxial combustion makse a much shorter gun.
But it also increases the pressure in the chamber because it all has to travel back towards the end cap.
Like Rambo said, the fuel with burn slower, it burns slower because it has to burn around the barrel in a cirular motion...
A multi-spark ignition would make a coaxial combustion better than a regular combustion, but a single spart coaxial IMO wouldn't do much more than make the gun shorter...
A multi-spark, propane injection coaxial combustion would be great though and most likely more powerful than an Inline multi-spark propane with the same C:B.

A coaxial combustion is nice because you can easily breach load and vent through the same cleanout. The barrel in the middle of the chamber decreases chamber volume, though, as well as makes a good fuel mixture more difficult without a fan. Not impossible, just more difficult.
Frankly, I don't like em that much. They're a hassle to load (rub knuckles on the cleanout threads), etc.

Agreed, those things hurt. If it were in a 6" cannon maybe things would work out but 4" pipe doesn't allow much space for your hand.
That and it's a royal pain in the ass to cement the barrel into place and stabilize the back end of it. Mine didn't last long before I got pissed at it for the bloody knuckles and wobbly barrel. I had some fun with the cement patio that day...
