That looks sharp!
Those 2" pipes look intimidating from the "business end"
I've been checking for the completed pics. 8)

Dang those guys are critical. The only thing I think you should do is sand the edges of the wood for a less blockier shape other than that the wood looks amazing. Also when you say CO2 duster do you mean these things: http://www.google.com/products?q=air+duster&show=dd.
I know Im asking too much now I think every one wold love a how-to on this thing, I understand most of what you did but I still have many questions.

Mr.C: That's not as easy as you think. It's like me kicking you in the balls and telling you to stop crying.

You can simply screw in small co2 cartridges.

yeah, double barrel, triple barrel, quad barrel, 16 barrels mounted in the back of a truck... you name it, this sure dose make it a lot easier.

Me and imortal87 made a mountable grenade launcher out of PVC, a bolt and a O-ring and a pop rivet. we tested it on several mounts and we are going to paint it and post a picture of it here soon.

You could hook up the non-functional trigger to a CO2 feed for the grenade launcher :)

That is VERY nice, have you thought about how you will attach the C02 inflator?
