well i got that paint for when i go paintballing i use it to paint my knee pads that are white and are like 3 or 4 times i play i have to paint it alil
well it also says does not work on plastic, it holds on good

The Krylon Blue paint I use also says it doesnt work on plastic, but if you sand it down, it will.

thats what i did not do to my knee pads.
after i was F*** i should have sanded it first!!!

But with your knee pads, all that wear and tear on them from them rubbing on dirt probably was just the same as sanding.
