i am wanting to put a spring and pin to open the ball valve on my coaxil piston faster. The pvc valve is relatively new and is pretty stiff, it doesnt open very easily. Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to break in the valve faster so a very large spring isnt required to open it?

That's probably the only way to do it.

would the soap like harden a little in the valve if it wasnt used for awhile? cause i have seen drops of soap before that sat on the sink and were thicker after sitting out in the open air.
