steel pen gun

Miniature guns are novelty custom, unique, and sometime downright crude! Common construction materials often include pill bottles or pens. Show us your work!

This is my first attempt at a barrel sealing piston or any sort of piston for that matter. I am using a bb as a piston not to sure yet whether it will work? The body of the pen gun is made from 6.3mm id steel the wall thickness is roughly 1.5mm, and the barrel is made from an old pellet gun barrel rouhgly 3.5mm, I am using a shrader to fill the pen gun and as the trigger. Nothing has been glued yet I am waiting to go down the street to get some araldite. Any suggestions?

Have you got anything to help make a good seal between the barrel and the airsoft bb. Other than that looks pretty cool.

What sort of pellet gun is that then?

The gap between the BB and the chamber wall is relatively small but not insignificant, make sure you keep your pilot volume tiny.
