Can I sleeve 1.5" SDR-21 pipe inside Sch40 pipe if I wrap the 1.5" in duct tape or something similiar?

I'm just asking in case I can't find Sch80. I have'nt looked yet. Once I get my license I'll be able to go to Home Depot on my own, I passed the road test on Wednesday but, my mom never wants to take me to Secretary of State.

SO everything I'll need will be in the Electrical section? I walked by and noticed gray pipe which would be the SDR, so I know they have that.

Normally the Sch80 pipe at Home-Depot is black\dark grey and it's in the Electrical section for some reason, I assume for strong underground conduit...
