If i build a bold action does the barrel have to move or can the barrel be fixed and the tube ontop of the barrel be the moving part?

the tube on top of the barrel can move but you can also place the tube inside the barrel

You can pick one of both, it does not matter.
They are both done by people.
I would advise against the moving magazine and pick the moving barrel.

Or, do it even better and fix both of them, having only a moving bolt part.

no, there are a few how to's on here so i think this post isn't legit but anyways yea u can do it like the "Ghetto mans Breach" how to or i cant remember the name of it but it involves o-rings and all that fun stuff the same way all the production airguns manufacturers do it.

Move something inside the barrel, move something outside the barrel or just move the barrel.

All of them will work but moving the barrel itself is definitely the easiest way to make a breech loader.

I always use a barrel with a smaller pipe inside of it, then cut the barrel like the picture below. It restricts the airflow just a bit, but it works well.

If you cannot understand that, then there really isn't much else i can tell you, it is pretty self explanitory.
