That's unusually large and long for a BTB creation...

... but it should make a big mess of anything downrange.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

It is isn´t it?

It makes the small stuff look even smaller.

When I get a bracket to support the blowgun, I'll take it to work and let the coworkers have some fun with it. I still like the small ones better, but the look on their faces is all worth it.
They went nuts over Overkill, so they'll surely like his one..

It needs a name, any suggestions, or will it just be Mr Porter..??

Yeah. There's something of that going on in my collection, where the pneumatics are dwarfed by my old combustion.
It takes some explaining to people who haven't seen them before that the biggest is not the most powerful.
I still like the small ones better.
Well, sometimes it's nice to have something different anyway. That's why I have my combustion and air rifle around - they do something different to the rest of my collection. Simplicity and accuracy, respectively.
It needs a name, any suggestions, or will it just be Mr Porter..??
Is there a deliberate reference there?

Fixed the blowgun in place and gave it a quick spray of paint , just to see what it will look like when it´s done. The paint is when, so that´s why it´s shiny.
It will become flat later.

The bracket is 4mm galvanised steel, bent around the entire cannon and bolted on.No way of getting that off unless I really want to!

I can now lift the entire cannon by the blowgun. It´s that sturdy.

Poor quality pics because of nighttime.Had to adjust the brightness and all...

I´m scared of this thing. :D

GOD DAMN!
You have created a monster!
Lets see some damage shots and videos. You just got that nice new video camera, so put it to use!
On second thought, maybe you should get a friend to fire that thing, while you hide in a bunker...
Do not look back, and grieve over the past, for it is gone;
Do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come;
Live life in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.

Yeah glossy black and the reflection contrast is overwhelming the details in the photo...looks beastly though. The earlier photos give a better tech overview.

Mr. Porter sounds fine to me and I really like the look of the offset twin air chambers.

Are you going to build an artillery mount for this thing? You're gonna need it....

That really is a nice cannon, I mean, probably the most impressive thing I've seen since... your last cannon...
Kinda hard to tell what's going on in those last pictures though.

Any chance video recording technology will make its way into Holland soon?

Oh and don't worry, the weight <strike>will</strike> might keep it from recoiling your arm off:)

Well, I'm hoping my wife will shoot a vid of me firing some stuff out of it, or maybe I'll take a vid of my coworkers going berzerk with it.. :D
You have created a monster!
'cause nobody wants to see sawed-offs no more, they want Porter, I'm chopped liver....

Thanks, I hate a gap between chamber and barrel, and I'm glad I could re-use that part of Overkill, as it has served me well... I even recycled part of the Chappy cannon.A aluminium disc from the piston.
This one will outdo 'em all!!

Mr Porter it is then..

I love the layout. Has anyone built a twin chamber combustion? The thought of a propane fueled version of something like this has been kicking around my head for some time now. Again, great cannon and sitting on the edge of my perch to see what it can do!

I always preferred misquoting T.S. Eliot's "Hollow Men", rather than Sanskrit texts, but each to their own.
