I would go combustion if I were you. It'll be much easier to get the volume you need with a burst disk, and if you use coffee creamer as your powder, you'll occasionally get a small but relatively harmless (to a car) fireball with it.

You can set it up a little like the thunderpipe model, give it a short barrel (because you're only firing powder), and you can have a long thin wire for the ignition from a stun gun. Have a fan which runs for 10 seconds at 30-60 second intervals. You could also easily make it a low mix hybrid.

If your heart is set on wireless ignition, you could use any of the above. A cheap mobile will not cost more than $5 surely! In england you can pick up a handset for £5 and simcards are easily got for free!

Simple starmans triple thunder cannons and the phone remote just search it.
