The entire video above was shot using only ONE round! Target distance = 50 yards.

We will be retailing DIY kits for $20 which contain 6 steel caps, 20 skirts, 20 center drilled pucks, 20 socket cap screws. Assembly requires PVC glue and a few seconds.

I second the request for other calibers, SCH 40 1.5" and 2" in particular since those are so common.

Just a though, since you now have a projectile with a hollow tail, why not consider putting the fuel/air mix there and closing it off, along the same spirit of the rocket ball cartridge?

Benelli made a round on similar lines which they attempted to usein a submachinegun.

Basically you'd have all the advantages of a self contained cartridge, without the problem of having a mechanism to eject the cartridge. Power would be down compared to the current launchers but a semi/full auto launcher would be relatively simple to develop...

It will depend on the target. Using carpet or wood as a backstop I think you could re-use all day. Usually the failure point is the tail.

Yes. The 1.7 was nice because no modification to tail needed. We will probably thermo form applicable sized SDR-21 for the common bore sizes. I say we, but truth is USGF will probably build a robot.

Tie on some glowsticks on the inside with mason line for some night tracer rounds. The pink and orange ones are great for states that don't allow fireworks that flies into the air (like Oregon). Did that one year and attracted all sorts of attention. It wasn't fireworks.
