Hey you guys, I thought I'd let you know that In a week from now I'll be going to a Pumpkin Chunkin Competition on Greyridge Farms in Connecticut. Unfortunately I don't have a cannon this year but I'll be scoping out the competition in preparation for next year. The reason why I post now is to ask if there are certain angles people would like to see on video or in photos. There will be at least 5 photographers coming with ranging from the Cannon SX10is to a Cannon T1i with full HD video.

Under the barrel with a programmed zoom, pan and tilt to track the round to landing would be nice, but we probably won't see it.

Well I can see what I can do. But a programmed zoom probably wont happen. Anything else?

Here are the results for my day at CT's own Pumpkin Chunkin Festival. There were about 1000 people present. There was awesome pork for food and plenty of guns. Now I know I asked for any specific angles but they blocked off the firing line to the public. I got plenty of video which I'm compiling now. Here are a few of the pics that I personally took. I'll probably be adding more.

A pneumatically actuated valve. I found it interesting.

I've always loved these things. I'm Aussie so we don't have anything like this which is unfortunate.
