hey flex try goin to ur local tyre repair shop and lookin there for vavles off old tyre, i have gotten a threaded tire valve from off of a motorbike tube, im pretty that most of them wuld be threaded

thanks for th photos pookydarts, they helped alot. I have just used a schrader an drilled a hole and expoy-ed it in place from the inside out. the epoxy is quite thick so im hoping it wont blow out when its dry :?

anyway thanks foall the help fella's ill set up a new thread in the showcase whe its finished :)
