Understand. I wasn't indicting you as much as I was DYI for just dropping off the face of the earth. While this experience I'm sure felt traumatic, it's not the worst thing in the world that could happen to someone. There will be a slap on the wrist, possibly a fine, maybe a handful of weekends of community service and the experience will soon be a faded memory. In some ways, I'm sure it already is.SpudBlaster15 wrote:I was one of a few people who were aware of his situation. The explanation I eluded to was indeed confusing and lacking in details, but DYI had trusted me with the information, and I wasn't about to publicly release it.starman wrote:You apparently confided in Spudblaster but his explanation set no one's mind at ease....seemed to confuse your situation if anything...we were berated for even bringing you up in conversation.
DYI, I assume you have an attorney that will capably enter the facts of the case at your hearing. If the situation that was blown out of proportion at the time is shown to be as inconsequential as you say it is, you shouldn't have much to worry about.
