air conditioner compressor oil and my setup
well im ok with not haveing push to connect fittings because its just for a compressor hose. and the hose i am going to get is a 950psi nylon version of the larger hose your talking about. i can get 25ft of it for only $8 so i think its pretty good

I am sure there are push to connect fittings rated that high available in the US... the only problem is to find them
you would have to find a good way of connecting them as they are tough and rather rigid... I guess you can try compression fittings for copper tubes

poland, i am going to use compression fittings for nylon tubing. the tube and the fittings are made for each other so i know it will work. and if im not gonna be doing setups like yours so i dont need to be able to take it apart and put it back together
elite, i have taken it up to 600 but the only reason i stopped is becasue of my gauge. onece i get my new one i will test up to 750psi

thats the pump i have. and 600psi depends on alot of things, what inlet pressure, what volume. so i can not answer that question yet

(not posted in a while) i found somtimes you get a gud one thta will go althe way up to 1000psi but some struggle to get to 600 i think it depends alot on the condition and the compresion ration ie dead space ontop of the piston.

also you do realize that the entire shell is pressurized not just the hose, you were realy filling a bit over 10cubic inches
are u sure when i last riped one apart it was a a piston and the out pit went directlay out the case buy a thin copper pipe and the motor was mounted on springs
yes i am very sure. what you looked at was a fridge compressor. this is a air conditioner compressor and these generly are rotary compressors and fill the shell with the pressureised air. i have also taken apart a broken fridge compressor and it was just like you described so i know what your talking about
