Need help with breach load.

Im making a springler valve cannon for my paintball tank. I need to make a breach load for the 2in barrel to fit nerf rockets. Looking for someting simple and quick to use. If you have any pictures or ideas please post as I am at a loss.

The simples would be to cut a slot in your barrel that will fit the darts and cover it with a sleeve you can slide forward to expose the slot and load, then slide back to seal the barrel.

The Bergles Cannon

Replace the ball valve with a sprinkler valve and there ya go.

With another piece of pipe that just fits over it.

It is a fortunate quirk of common sizes of pipe that let various types slide fit over another.
They may not be the same material but you can usually mix and match Copper, PVC etc and find that OD and ID are perfect.
Or just improvise. There may be an old container or bottle etc. that you can cut the ends off and use.

If you are using a 2" PVC barrel, you will probably be able to use 2.5" electrical conduit as a sleeve with minimal effort. Even though 2.5" PVC pipe is hard to find, 2.5" electrical conduit is fairly common at hardware stores in the US.
It's hard to soar with eagles when you're working with turkeys.

Heres a simple one from instructables, you should be able to scale it up, if not i saw one on youtube for pocket vortexs, cant find it at the moment though

carve an L grove at the base of the barrel (with a router it's a very very easy job), then use a bolt that can slide in the grove, the screw it into either a sleeve or a hollow "plug" attached to the valve
