10 gauge barrel and projectile match with MSC stainless tube

I noticed that MSC sells seamless stainless tubing with an ID of .777", and that 10 gauge shotgun bore size is .775". This tube may work great as a barrel with plastic cup style 10 gauge shotshell wads and overshot cards available from places like MidwayUSA. Such wads could hold a single round ball, or bird shot and other projectiles using an over shot card. I am getting ready to build my second 3/4" QEV gun, and am wondering if any one has tried this barrel/projectile combination.

The free used hull minus the steel end/primer fit perfectly in Copper Type L tubing 0.785".

I use the Trom-Boyn at 600 psi.

I have also used 10 gauge wads. Not as good or as cheap!

Watch out for tolerances. Something like a shotshell is a force fit in the shotgun barrel, and if your tubing comes with slightly lower ID, you may find they're too tight a fit.

Ugh. Nasty site.

I keep JavaScript off by default (except on my manually approved sites) mostly for computer security, but partly because of those irritating infinite JavaScript loops that some sites think are funny.
However, those guys think they should decide how I run my computer and try to redirect me to a "please turn your JavaScript on" page. (They failed, because I have to Firefox set up so I have to confirm redirects. I only found out what they were doing after I checked where they were trying to redirect me.)

I say they can go get bent. Sure, they can tell me their site won't work properly if I have JavaScript off, but view the internet by MY rules, and my rules alone.
