Where have I seen this before? It's really nice, I love the breech loader although I think it adds a lot of dead space deecreasing performance, but I think it works well enough

This is a really nice sniper but it looks like you've made quite a few concessions to get it looking 'realistic'. As gun freak said there's the breech load, there's also the fact that the effective barrel length (subtacting the porting) looks to be less than a third of the total length! with a bullpup design you would be getting much better performance.
Still it's a very nice looking cannon after all that

nice so i take it the main tank fills the under barrel tank and that goes to the chamber also what kind of tank is that btw the bullpup looks sick does look abit like the walther WA2000
