I think, don't quote me, I've made the mistake before, but is the blowgun around the wrong way?

Otherwise, take apart the blowgun and liberally apply vaseline. Always works for me.

... Good thing this topic isn't locked - new problem. Piston won't open up again *facepalm*, cylinder is lubricated and it goes smoothly. All the air is coming out the blowgun.

Anyone got any idea?

Edit: Problem started after I put the gun in water to check for leaks, and after I tried superglueing the T connection of the shrader valve and blowgun into the plastic 1/2" to 3/4" adapter.

Get a new blowgun. That one you have looks beat. This is the easiest, less stressful, and cheapest way out. :wink: Why superglue??? YIKES!!!

Update::

After some tests that Gun Freak explained to me yesterday, I tried putting a ball valve instead of the blow gun and it worked again so the problem was that not enough air was going out the pilot valve.
Now that I woke up I just realized maybe I need to release the stem a little bit because I have taken it out so many times - the pressure releasing wasn't the same.
I released it a little bit allowing more air out and it works again (L0L).

Thanks everyone for the truely appreciated help and special thanks to Gun Freak which sat with me for like 2 hours and helped me out :)

I don't really understand what the problem was lol but I have a new idea. I can't believe I never said this before. Your pilot volume is a bit large for a blowgun to handle. Do you think you could get a small metal tee to use instead of the big one? It would be much better.

I forgot to summerize my previous post, it work's now.
The problem was like we saw - it wasn't letting air out fast enough so I just unscrewed the stem part a tiny bit to allow more air out and it worked like a charm.
Work's perfectly fine now :)

I'm going to work on the stock from now, got to find some wood first.

Wow, I like that staged photo. It is well done. The give away is the pro lighting that lights the faces. They used two key lights off to the sides behind the plane of the action. Note the two side lights on the center actor and the two sides of the table cloth. In addition two high fill lights were used. Not the spots of light on the two side actors hair.

Sorry for noticing this right away. I do stage lighting and photography on the side. :D The dramatic lighting layout stood out as a pro job. The scene is missing the front key fill light so the side of the faces towards the camera is dark.
